If your purchase is over $30, shipping is free. Otherwise, we charge a standard shipping fee of $5.99 for orders under $30..

When you place an order, we will send a tracking number and link to your email for tracking purposes. Please check your email.

If you cannot find the email, please contact us, and we will resend the tracking information to another email address.

As time passes, it becomes more difficult to locate the package, so if you contact us right away, we will take appropriate action.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygiene nature of the products, we are not currently accepting returns.

Only under proof of extreme condition, we might consider items returned within 14 days of purchase, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request any return. Customers must contact us in advance to see if they're qualified to receive a refund. If you feel you have received a defective item, this will need to be reviewed by our internal operations team.

For further assistance or initiate a return or replacement request, please reach out to our customer support team at info@cloudshop.us To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, with tags, and must be in its original packaging with plastic wrap unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase at the Cloudshop website.

Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 5 Business Days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue a Return/Exchange. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for any fees for returning item(s). If you absolutely need a return label sent to you, you’ll be charged 15% fee from the product amount instead of the shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
